Price
The venue fee starts at $30,000.00 for single day buy-outs (7am - 10pm).
For weddings exceeding 120 guests, an additional fee of $290.00 per person applies, up to 150 persons.

Vendor Information
We are not a full-service venue.
Clients are required to hire a full-service wedding planner from our preferred vendor network.
Planners outside of our preferred vendor network are subject to approval.
Clients are responsible for contracting all additional services (furniture rentals, catering, entertainment, etc.)

Available Venues
All exterior spaces are available for client use for the duration of their event.
This includes the courtyard, guest house, loggias, ceremony space, olive bluff, olive grove, and pool lawn area.
The main residence is not available for contract.
